Knowing Knowledge
I have intentionally left thoughts unstructured and unconnected, allowing readers to create their own connections. It is not intended to be read as a comprehensive treatise on society’s changes. It is designed to mimic the chaotic, complex, but holistic, nature of knowledge (and learning) in today’s organizations—.an attempt to duplicate knowledge in form, not only content. I have mirrored the nature of knowledge today through text.
I have resisted the urge to extensively classify concepts. Today, i ndividuals stitch and weave their own networks. The practice of class ification, as means to reduce cognitive load,ends up more taxing when it fails to accurately reflect the underlying core.
