Experience with developing and implementing learning measurement strategies and levels of evaluation to assess success of learning programs preferred.Duties: - Function as LMS lead subject matter expert and analyst for Talent Management organization: Serve as Project Manager for new LMS software and oversee configuration, data migration, implementation, training and serve as on-going system administrator. Lead Professional Development Center and Turner's Learning Council in analysis of best practice processes, features and functions required and assess recommendations against broader needs within the Learning Council in preparation to configure system. Collaborate and consult with other Talent Management Suite administrators to share best practices and assess opportunities to leverage the system to maximize value to the organization. Perform system administrator functions. Update/add/review all data that is input into LMS on a regular basis to ensure data integrity across all users. This includes, but not limited to, insuring that courses are aligned to the appropriate categories, have content objects attached (required for online evaluation completion), all applicable auto-letters are attached, and all essential reporting fields are completed in order to allow for proper evaluation and measurement reporting. Partner with internal Technology support resources to add and remove data as needed. Serve as primary contact to users of the LMS, to LMS vendor and internal Technology support business units, managing all communication and correspondence relating to LMS issues before, during and after implementation of new system and provide consultation to PDC and Learning Council regarding needs of Learning Team and new system capabilities. Maintain relationship with vendor and stay abreast of new releases and enhanced system functionalities. Train PDC staff and other organization professionals on LMS system features, functions, and reporting capabilities. Maintain appropriate documentation regarding LMS processes, policies and training. Communicate with all LMS users regarding system changes, usage and data entry protocols. Serve as Consultant within PDC and other Learning Leaders regarding development and deployment of E-Learning strategies and initiatives utilizing the new LMS. Partner directly with PDC Learning Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive data input and to remedy any technical issues related to the LMS. - Develop and manage a robust and comprehensive learning measurement strategy to measure the value of training dollars and impact of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This strategy should include partnering with the PDC Design and Delivery team to develop follow-up measures that will assess whether Turner employees are learning and applying skills and competencies acquired in the PDC classes and partner with Learning groups across the organization to support and capture the overall enterprise wide measurement learning indicators . The strategy will also measure evaluation and registration trend reports and departmental effectiveness to include measurement of client satisfaction, tools and technologies. Manage all PDC evaluation and reporting operations to provide data efficiently and effectively. Prepare and analyze PDC monthly and quarterly reports for PDC Management team and present actionable information for improvement. Prepare and analyze budget and Ad Hoc report requests for internal PDC teammates and HR clients. Serve as a Consultant within the PDC, HR and organizational Learning Council to understand needs related to learning measurement requests and initiatives and analyze, present and discuss findings with clients and strategize potential solutions as needed. Remain aware of learning measurement trends in the industry and assess and recommend opportunities for incorporation to Turner's strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert to PDC and members of the learning council across the organization in the area of learning measurement and reporting. - Oversee Learning and Development content and functionality of PDC website. Ensure content is branded, information is current and site is user-friendly to employees. - Monitor and administer CPE process for CPA population of Turner employees, which includes working with Learning Coordinators to keep employee CPE requests up-to-date and insuring they receive their proper credits on a monthly basis. Work closely with Learning Vendor Solutions Consultant and NASBA, the CPE governing body, to insure Turner's CPE sponsorship is kept current and accurate. - Continually research methods that will enhance processes within the department. - Other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management. An estimated 5% of this position's time will require travel.
